We will try to answer all customer inquiries within two (2) business days, but we are often able to answer most inquiries within one (1) business day or less. We request that you use the following forms for all matters related to customer support, and not our company email address or phone number as the support form will allow us to respond to your request in the quickest and most efficient manner. Please be advised of the following known issues:
If you previously had accounts for more than one of our sites (for example an account for Hardtied and an account for Infernal Restraints) and the usernames were the same, but the passwords were different please try both passwords on the login page.
